Prohibited Goods

Anything carrying a brand or logo you are not authorised to sell.

Bags, watches or cosmetics sold as "copy", "AAA" or "super fake". Reselling genuine branded stock you bought is fine.

Prescription or licence-controlled drugs, injectables, supplements and medical devices.

Skin-whitening injectables, weight-loss pills, antibiotics. Ordinary cosmetics such as creams and cleansers are fine.

Betting, lotteries, casino play, and selling credits or points used for gambling.

Selling credit for betting sites, lottery tickets, taking football bets.

Firearms, ammunition, explosives and their components.

Guns, fighting knives, pepper spray.

Controlled substances of any kind. Alcohol, tobacco and vapes are licence-controlled and cannot be sold here.

Narcotics, vapes, beer.

Protected species and anything made from them.

Ivory, tiger skin, rhino horn.

Sexual imagery, video or services.

Escort services, pornography.

Phone-number lists, stolen accounts, forged documents.

Customer lists, Facebook accounts, fake IDs.

Anything you do not lawfully have the right to sell.

Stolen phones, motorbikes with no papers.

If you see a shop selling any of this, use the “Report” link at the bottom of that shop’s page. You do not need an account. We read every report and act as quickly as we can.

A person reviews it, not an automated filter. The outcome is one of: no action, a warning, or suspension. In the last two cases the shop owner is messaged with the reason and can appeal.

Selling online in Cambodia may be taxable. Registering and paying is your responsibility, not TeleStore’s. We are not tax advisers — talk to an accountant or the General Department of Taxation. You can export every order as CSV from Settings for your bookkeeping.
