Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of TeleStore. They are written in plain language so that you can actually read them. If anything is unclear, write to us.
What TeleStore is
TeleStore is a tool for merchants. We provide a storefront, a Telegram bot and payment-tracking tools. We do not sell your goods, we are not your agent, and we never hold your money. The sale is a contract between you and your customer.
Your account
You sign in with Telegram — there is no password. You are responsible for your Telegram account and for what the staff you invite do with your shop. • You must be at least 18 • Your shop details must be truthful • Do not use someone else’s account
What you may sell
You may sell lawful goods that you have the right to sell. The prohibited-goods policy forms part of these terms. If you break it we may suspend your shop, and we will tell you why.
Payments
Customers transfer money to your own bank account, or pay cash on delivery. Money never passes through TeleStore.
We read bank notification messages to match transfers against orders. That is a convenience, not a guarantee — keep checking your own books.
What we charge
Subscriptions are prepaid monthly at the prices shown on the pricing page. If you stop paying, your storefront stays online and premium features lock. We do not shut a shop down over a late payment.
Plan credits reset each cycle. Credits you buy on top never expire.
Your data is yours
You can export every order, customer and product as CSV at any time, and you can delete your bot yourself. We do not lock you in.
Where our responsibility ends
We work to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it never breaks. We are not responsible for: • disputes between you and your customers • losses caused by Telegram, a bank or a courier failing • taxes or licences you are required to hold
Our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the previous three months.
Ending things
You can stop at any time. We may suspend or close a shop for breaking these terms or for fraud, and we will say why. In every case you keep the ability to export your data.
Changes and law
If we change something substantive we will tell you through the bot and ask you to accept again. These terms are governed by the law of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
